财联社11月4日电，国家粮食和物资储备局最新发布消息，从2025年11月5日起，在黑龙江省内符合条件的地区，启动2025年中晚稻最低收购价执行预案。根据小麦和稻谷最低收购价执行预案等相关政策规定，2025年中晚籼稻（三等）最低收购价为每50公斤129元（或等价于每斤1.29元），和2024年相比，价格水平保持稳定。
