台风“海鸥”导致菲律宾宿务省发生大面积洪水
总台记者当地时间11月4日获悉，菲律宾宿务省的一名官员称，台风“海鸥”导致宿务省发生大面积洪水，目前已致该省至少5人死亡，1人失踪。全省共有超过10万人被转移安置。
