格隆汇11月4日丨福耀玻璃(03606.HK)发布公告，近日，公司已完成法定代表人变更登记手续，并取得了由福州市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。本次变更登记完成后，公司《营业执照》上登记的法定代表人由曹德旺先生变更为曹晖先生，除本事项外，公司《营业执照》上登记的其他事项未发生变化。
