海口市气象部门消息，受偏东急流影响，过去3小时海口市大坡镇降雨量已达115.4毫米，预计未来2小时，海口市大坡镇、甲子镇仍将有50毫米以上的降水。海口市气象台2025年11月4日6时19分变更暴雨橙色预警信号为暴雨红色预警信号，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作，受影响区域的各级各类学校停课。
