近日，韩某驾驶一辆小型汽车行至漯河市人民东路与阳山路口时，因涉嫌饮酒后驾驶机动车上道路行驶，被漯河交警三大队民警查获。经酒精检测，结果为63mg/100ml，韩某属于饮酒后驾驶机动车上道路行驶。
执勤民警现场对韩某进行批评教育，讲解酒后驾车的危害，依法对其进行处罚。
