11月3日，雷诺集团与吉利宣布签署最终协议。根据协议，吉利正式收购雷诺巴西公司26.4%股份，雷诺集团仍为控股股东并继续将其纳入合并报表。作为少数股东，吉利现可共享雷诺巴西公司的工业及商业资源，吉利EX5电动SUV将通过雷诺经销商网络运营的专属品牌经销店进入巴西市场。
