格隆汇11月1日｜法国电信运营商Orange宣布，已与Lorca签署非约束性协议，以现金42.5亿欧元收购MasOrange剩余的50%股权，以全资拥有后者。该交易预计在2026年上半年完成，需待监管机构批准。公司表示，是次交易进一步巩固Orange在西班牙的地位，而西班牙是集团在欧洲的第二大市场。
