在首届中国文明乡风大会上，发布了“全国文明乡风建设十大优秀案例”，经过地方推荐、专家评审，中央精神文明建设办公室从全国169个案例中精选出10个案例，延安市志丹县的文明大篷车榜上有名，是陕西省唯一入选案例。
