10月28日晚，北京市交通运输综合执法总队联合相关单位，在通燕高速白庙收费站、京通快速路等路段开展路面执法，对土石方运输车辆开展检查，多辆超载严重、遗撒沙石的车辆受到了处罚，其中，有的土石方运输车辆的超限率接近200%。
