据中国资源循环集团消息，10月28日，随着首批换电站在天津投入使用，中国资环电动自行车换电示范项目正式启动。该项目由中国资环旗下资环电池主导推动，计划利用三年时间投放8000个换电柜。目前，首批100个换电站已正式落地，预计年底前换电站数量将达540个。
