财联社10月27日电，鼎龙股份在互动平台表示，产品开发方面，公司已布局近30款高端晶圆光刻胶，超过15款产品已送样给客户验证，其中超过10款进入加仑样测试阶段，整体测试进展顺利。公司的KrF/ArF光刻胶产品正在从成熟制程开始不断地向更先进的制程扩展。
