财联社10月27日电，午后半导体设备股震荡拉升，拓荆科技涨超10%，创历史新高，精智达、金海通、富创精密、微导纳米、赛腾股份等跟涨。近日，SEMI在《全球半导体设备市场报告》中宣布，2025年第二季度全球半导体设备出货金额达到330.7亿美元，同比增长24%。
