人民财讯10月26日电，炬申股份(001202)10月26日公告，公司于2025年10月10日披露了《关于收到中标结果的提示性公告》。近日，公司下属公司SOCIETE JUSHEN GUINEE-SARLU（简称“炬申几内亚”）与招标方指定主体签署了《铝土矿转运协议》。公司在几内亚共和国为客户提供从内河港口至外海过驳锚地的铝土矿驳运与锚地过驳服务。转运服务费：4.1美元/湿吨（不含增值税），完全包干价。
