当地时间10月25日，巴基斯坦与阿富汗就停火相关问题举行的第二轮会谈在土耳其伊斯坦布尔启动。此次会谈由土耳其方面主持，会谈地点设在伊斯坦布尔一家酒店。
巴方代表团包括军方作战局局长及安全、情报部门官员。阿方代表团由内政部副部长拉赫马图拉·纳吉布率领。（总台记者崔如）
