格隆汇10月24日｜加拿大蒙特利尔银行资本市场的分析师伊恩·林根指出，政府停摆对美联储政策预期的影响将延续至下周之后。林根表示，“鉴于政府停摆仍在持续，我们认为此次9月CPI数据发布基本上也巩固了12月降息的预期。整体来看，美国利率市场的基调已经确立，我们预计利率将从当前水平逐步下行。”
