人民财讯10月24日电，湖南发展(000722)10月24日公告，公司与嘉禾县人民政府签署《嘉禾县光伏项目投资开发协议》，公司拟在嘉禾县开展光伏发电项目投资建设、运营工作，项目建设规模暂定为800MW，光伏项目总投资额约24亿元，拟在2026年—2029年分批次投资建设。
