中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒10月23日报道，美国联邦航空管理局（FAA）表示，美国政府“停摆”进入第23天，纽约、华盛顿、纽瓦克和休斯敦的机场，仍因空中交通管制员短缺而运行受阻。
据悉，在美国大约1.3万名空中交通管制员和约5万名运输安全局官员，在政府“停摆”期间必须无薪工作。截至10月23日，已造成4200多架航班延误。
