10月24日（报道）陌生男子多次打开指纹锁进入房主家中，把家里弄乱，甚至在家里睡觉，到处撒尿。涉事防盗门客服表示，指纹接近，可能误识，但这种概率非常低，将把换下的锁返厂检测。
