10月24日，据报道，Target将进行多年来的首次重大重组，在总部团队减员约8%，以寻求减少运营复杂性并重新提升市场份额。Target将在各个团队和层级裁减共1,800个职位，将包括裁减1,000人及关闭800个开放招聘的职位。
