因新建路升级改造施工结束，10月20日恢复通车，具备公交运行条件，太原公交恢复2路、2支、4路、10路、K10路、19路、K19路、27路、38路、56路、56支、803路、805路、807路、K807路、808路、809路、827路、828路、850路、850支、851路、855路、K4路新建路段原线路运行。
27路终点恢复胜利桥东。
同时受施工影响的府西街新建路口（南、北）、市第二人民医院（南）公交站点，恢复正常停靠。
