10月20日，Gucci母公司开云集团正式宣布与欧莱雅集团达成协议，欧莱雅集团将以40亿欧元收购开云集团美容业务。
据协议，欧莱雅集团将获得Creed品牌以及开云集团旗下Bottega Veneta（葆蝶家）、Balenciaga（巴黎世家）等多个奢侈品品牌50年的授权。值得注意的是，Gucci将在结束与科蒂集团的授权期后再加入。该笔交易为现金支付，预计于2026年上半年完成。
开云集团2024年财报显示，开云美妆的全年营收为3.23亿欧元，主要来自Creed。
