10月16日，海南省政府与中国黄金集团有限公司在海口签署战略合作框架协议。根据协议，双方将围绕海南自由贸易港建设“三区一中心”的战略定位，深化黄金珠宝产业、进出口贸易、对外投资、跨境资金集中运营、辐照大健康产业发展等领域合作。（海南日报）
