当地时间10月14日，美国罗德岛州联邦地方法官威廉·史密斯裁定，特朗普政府违反其此前发布的法院命令，再度实施几乎相同的政策，将各州配合联邦移民执法作为获取联邦紧急事务管理局拨款的前提条件。
