10月7日傍晚，广东东莞的刘叔在网鱼时网到了两条蛇，并被其中一条咬伤左小腿，伤口呈针孔状、伴少许渗血。刘叔非常生气，立即将两条蛇打死，提着蛇来到医院急诊科。急诊科医生打眼一看，这是眼镜蛇！立即予以对症治疗。由于就医及时、治疗有针对性，10月8日，刘叔左小腿伤口愈合可，未见渗血，治疗成功。
