寿县安丰塘，古称芍陂（què bēi），被誉为“天下第一塘”，由楚国令尹孙叔敖于春秋中期主持修建，至今有2600余年历史，入选世界灌溉工程遗产名录。
寿县古城内，始建于明代的东、西月坝，是我国古代罕见、利用水位差全自动运行的精密排水系统，可有效防止洪水倒灌，并排除城内内涝。
