10月14日，时代财经从娃哈哈集团内部人士处了解到，宏胜集团法定代表人祝丽丹、宏胜集团生产中心总监严学峰在集团内部系统的岗位状态均为“待定”。据内部人士透露，岗位“待定”状态或意味着职务调动或是离职。
时代财经向娃哈哈集团相关负责人求证上述消息，未获回复。同日，时代财经多次拨打严学峰电话，电话未能接通。（时代财经 李馨婷）
