财联社10月13日电，据德林控股官微发布消息称，10月12日，其宣布启动美国房地产ONE Carmel项目真实世界资产代币化（RWA）计划，公司将其持有的4000万美元（约合3.12亿港元）权益通过区块链技术转化为数字代币，未来向股东进行特别股息分派，同时向潜在链上投资者开放顶级地产的投资机会。
