全印度糖贸易协会（AISTA）10月12日发布数据显示，印度在2024-25制糖年度（2024年10月至2025年9月）累计出口糖约775万吨，接近政府设定的1000万吨出口配额上限。该协会呼吁政府在2025年11月前提前公布2025-26年度出口配额，以稳定市场预期。
本年度出口糖中，原糖出口量达3338吨，另有约2.1万吨原糖交付至古吉拉特邦炼油厂并视同出口。主要出口目的地包括吉布提（146万吨）、索马里（13.5万吨）、斯里兰卡（13.4万吨）和阿富汗（7.55万吨）。AISTA建议新季配额政策延续上年度规则，允许工厂间分配和调剂出口额度。
