预计，10月12日20时-13日20时，19个区县部分中小河流有涨水风险。
风险高：奉节、云阳、巫山、巫溪。
风险较高：万州、梁平、忠县、开州、垫江、黔江、彭水、石柱、武隆、丰都、长寿。
有一定风险：酉阳、城口、涪陵、南川。
