依据《南阳市中心城区2025年城市建设“七大行动”》，为加快项目工作进度，提高龙腾路通行效率，拟启动信臣西路（龙腾路—东侧200米）扩宽工程，计划2025年10月14日开始封围挡，至2026年1月14日。
根据施工需求需将南阳市信臣西路（龙腾路—东侧200米）进行全封闭施工。
