中国青年报客户端北京10月11日电（中青报·中青网见习记者 赵丽梅 记者 张均斌）今天，住房和城乡建设部副部长董建国在国新办举行的新闻发布会上介绍，“十四五”期间，全国累计销售新建商品住宅面积约50亿平方米。
与此同时，他还指出，我国存量住房市场的规模持续扩大，目前，全国有15个省区市二手住宅交易量超过新房。
