据新华社快讯：住房城乡建设部部长倪虹10月11日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会上介绍，“十四五”时期，城市人居环境质量进一步提升。全国累计改造城镇老旧小区24万多个，惠及4000多万户、1.1亿多人。
