10月10日，桂林旅游（000978）发布公告，公司拟公开挂牌转让全资子公司桂林资江丹霞旅游有限责任公司100%股权暨债权。
截至2025年6月30日，资江丹霞公司净资产为-2.35亿元。2025年上半年，资江丹霞公司营收为51万元，净利润为-223万元。
本次交易的目的是为了优化公司资产结构，提高公司资产运营效率，减少亏损.
2025年中期，桂林旅游实现收入1.97亿元，归母净利润801万元。
