近日，张家口市康保县气温急剧下降，寒意渐浓。为应对低温天气，保障全县人民温暖过冬，康保县委、县政府决定提前启动冬季供暖工作。
自9月25日起天润、康达两家热力公司提前烘炉，10月10日开始向小区送暖。
