财联社10月9日电，西班牙众议院当地时间10月8日以178票赞成、169票反对和1票弃权的结果，批准和以色列之间的武器禁运法令。9月23日，西班牙政府在全体会议上正式批准了首相桑切斯此前提出的“技术性断绝”和以色列之间的军事工业合作的计划，以及其余旨在加大对以色列政府施压，要求其对巴勒斯坦人口屠杀行为负责的相关措施法令。
