人民财讯10月8日电，据深圳商报，深圳9·5房地产新政“满月”，房地产市场热度明显回升。记者从市住房建设局获悉，9月6日至10月6日，全市新建商品住宅网签数量2824套，同比增长23.48%；二手住宅网签数量3699套，同比增长32.63%。
