10月5日晚，台风“麦德姆”在广西北海过境，为北海市区内陆及沿海地带带来12至14级阵风。台风过后，当地海事、电网、园林等多部门迅速行动，开展抢险工作，全力保障市民正常生产生活秩序及渔船后续出航安全。
