据武汉地铁运营的消息，9月30日（周二），国庆中秋双节假期前一天，武汉轨道交通线网客运量为511.26万乘次，再破500万。
另外 ，为保障铁路夜间到达乘客出行需求，2025年10月1日，4号线玉龙路方向末班车延时至23:40。4号线将于23:00后开行大站快车临客，停靠站点为：
武汉火车站（末班车23:40发出）、铁机路、楚河汉街、武昌火车站（末班车次日00:04）、复兴路、钟家村、王家湾、玉龙路。
