财联社10月1日电，中指研究院最新发布《2025年1—9月全国房地产企业拿地TOP100排行榜》，2025年1—9月，TOP100企业拿地总额7278亿元，同比增长36.7%，增幅较1—8月扩大8.7个百分点。9月，部分房企通过收购形式获取大规模土地，致拿地总额同比增幅扩大，拿地金额前十企业中8家为央国企。9月高总价地块主要集中在北京、上海和厦门。
