人民财讯9月30日电，生态环境部发布10月上半月全国空气质量预报会商结果。10月上半月，受降水和冷空气影响，整体扩散条件较好，全国大部空气质量以优良为主，局地可能出现轻度污染，首要污染物为O3或PM2.5。受沙尘天气影响，甘肃河西地区、宁夏、青海及内蒙古西部可能出现轻度污染，新疆南部可能出现中度污染。
