人民财讯9月30日电，蜂助手(301382)9月30日披露2025年度向特定对象发行股票预案，本次向特定对象发行股票的发行对象为包括公司控股股东、实际控制人罗洪鹏在内不超过35名（含35名）特定投资者，本次发行的募集资金总额不超过9.84亿元（含本数），扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额将全部用于云终端算力中心项目、物联网终端智能化升级项目、瘦终端SoC芯片技术研发项目。
