9月27日，广东省工信厅发布“关于佛山、云浮市2条水泥熟料生产线产能出让方案的公示”。
置换方案显示，广东北江实业集团转出一条2500t/d熟料生产线，用于补充宜春红狮水泥一条4500t/d熟料线，补充后产能为5750t/d。
郁南鸿运水泥转出一条2500t/d熟料生产线，用于补充兰州红狮水泥一条4600t/d熟料线，补充后产能为5850t/d。
