9月29日，天亿马（301178）发布公告，实际控制人马学沛将其持有的185万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的45.63%及公司总股本的2.77%；截至公告披露日，马学沛及其一致行动人累计质押股份占其持股总数的32.17%。
2025年中期，天亿马实现收入1.46亿元，归母净利润606万元。
