9月29日，柯力传感（603662）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任尚婉蓉担任公司证券事务代表，协助董事会秘书开展各项工作。
尚婉蓉，1999年出生，曾任职于苏州新锐合金工具股份有限公司证券部，2025年6月加入公司，现任公司证券事务代表。
2025年中期，柯力传感实现收入6.85亿元，归母净利润1.73亿元。
