9月25日，惠天热电（000692）发布公告，董事会秘书李志因工作变动辞职，辞职报告于2025年9月22日送达，辞职后仍在公司其他岗位任职。
为保证公司日常运作，公司决定由副总经理兼财务总监杨辉代行董事会秘书职责，直至新董事会秘书的聘任工作完成。
2025年中期，惠天热电实现收入12.10亿元，归母净利润-1.44亿元。
