财联社9月24日电，凯撒旅业(000796.SZ)公告称，公司全资孙公司新华航食拟以自有资金1600万元收购香港国际食品服务有限公司所持青岛汉莎天厨食品有限公司100%股权。青岛汉莎地处华东核心区域，与公司在华北、西北及海南的航食业务形成互补，可迅速补充公司航食业务产能并推动全国化服务网络建设。本次交易不构成关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组。
