瑞达期货（002961）发布公告，公司于2025年9月24日召开了第五届董事会第八次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任副总经理的议案》。根据公司总经理葛昶提名，公司董事会同意聘任陈菁担任副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。
2025年中期，瑞达期货实现收入10.47亿元，归母净利润2.28亿元。
