财联社9月24日电，大连市统计局、国家统计局大连调查队公布的1—8月份大连市经济运行情况显示，1—8月份，大连工业生产稳中向好消费动能持续释放，全市经济运行总体平稳。1—8月份，全市规上工业增加值同比增长12.8%，与1—7月份持平。其中，高技术制造业增加值同比增长15.9%，延续两位数增长态势。
