财联社9月23日电，据《自然·地球科学》杂志22日报道，包括以色列希伯来大学、美国内华达大学和英国剑桥大学在内的国际科学家团队，首次在南非Voorspoed矿的钻石中，发现了天然存在的富镍合金。这些钻石形成于距地表280—470公里的深处，为科学界长期推测的地幔氧化还原模型提供了直接验证。
