吴说获悉，ETHZilla（纳斯达克代码：ETHZ）宣布新增 3.5 亿美元可转债融资，利率 2%，转换价为 3.05 美元/股。资金将用于在 Layer 2 协议和 RWA 代币化中部署 ETH。ETHZilla 当前持有约 10.2 万枚 ETH（约合 4.62 亿美元），并拥有 5.59 亿美元现金及等价物。
